USA Shipping

We do not ship to PO boxes.

We leverage our shipping volume to pass along highly discounted rates to our customers. For each package, we will “rate shop” to see which carrier offers the cheapest price.

 

We ship using the United States Postal Service(USPS), UPS, and FEDEX. All expedited shipments are shipped with FEDEX.

If we are shipping your order to one location, we will provide you with a shipping quote during the checkout process.

If we are storing and shipping your orders, your shipping costs per shipment will be in your billing center.

Insurance

Each package includes $100 of insurance in the case of damaged, stolen, or lost packages. If you are shipping an item that is more than $100 and you would like to add additional insurance, please let our team know before we send out your package.

 

Tracking Information

Once your order has been shipped out, our system will automatically update the order status and display the tracking number.

Please note that it can take the shipping carriers up to 48 hours for the tracking to be active.

 

Returned Packages

Packages that are returned to our facility will be handled by our shipping department. You will be contacted by your customer service representative to find out a new address we should re-ship the package to. Please be sure to have the correct addresses to minimize returned packages.
