Customs, Duties, Taxes, and VAT oh my! Shipping overseas is complicated with each package having multiple variables to consider. But don't worry, we’ve got it covered.

Restrictions: Sending an item that is on the restricted product list will cause the package to sit in customs indefinitely. Our team will guide you as to which products will be okay to ship.

Duties and Taxes: Sending a low valued gift will most likely not qualify for these charges. All of our shipments are sent duties pre-paid (DDP) so that the recipient does not need to worry about these charges. The sender will be billed for these charges.

Tracking: All our international shipments come with Door to Door tracking. This give you and your recipient the peace of mind during the packages journey.

Insurance: Each package includes up to $100 of insurance. If you are shipping an expensive package, please consider additional insurance.

Required Information:

Every international shipment must have a valid email address and phone number. Please be sure to double-check that the address is correct, as returned packages will incur a $15 package fee.

Duties and Taxes:

Our system will calculate the Total Landed Cost(TLC) for your shipment. The TLC is the shipping cost + duties + taxes. We gaurantee the TLC that our system calculates for you during checkout. For example, if our system calculates a $45 shipping rate, you can rest assured that you will not incur any other fees for this package.

Certain countries have restrictions on the products that can be imported. Please refer to this USPS GUIDE

From our experience, it is best to not ship electronics, batteries, or two of a single item.
