Automations

Automations enable you to streamline your swag sending. The automations are based on the contacts in your account.

 

Step 1:

Go to the Account tab and click into the integrations page.

 

Step 2:

Select your HRIS platform and sign in.

 

Step 3:

Within a few moments, your Full Time and Part Time employees will begin to sync into the contacts page in your dashboard. (We do not sync contract workers). Our system updates your employee information twice a day. 00:00 UTC and 12:000 UTC. We will automatically update, edit, and delete employees according to your HRIS platform.

 

Step 4:

Once you’ve synced your HRIS platform to your dashboard, you can now setup your first automation.

 

Step 5:

Currently, we support triggers for birthdays, new hires, anniversaries, and promotions. We created the automation system to be scalable and flexible to fit all of our customers use-cases.

 

Step 6:

Now that you have created your automations, press save and it is time to sit back and relax. To keep track of the automated emails our system is sending, head over to the logs page where you can see every email our system has sent.
