Learn how to manage email notifications

Want to stay informed without overwhelming your inbox? With Corporate Merch, you have full control over which email notifications you receive from our system.

You can choose to receive alerts about orders, wallet activity, Swag Shop updates, and moreโ€”or turn off notifications that arenโ€™t relevant to your role.

  1. Log in to your Corporate Merch account
  1. Click on Account > Settings in the navigation menu
  1. Scroll down to the Email Notification Settings section
  1. Use the toggles to turn each type of notification on or off
  1. Click Save to confirm your preferences

  • Order Activity
    • Get updates when an order is placed, processed, shipped, or delivered
    • Choose whether to be notified about your own orders or all team orders
  • Swag Shop Changes
    • Get alerts when your shop settings are updated or new products are published
  • Wallet Activity
    • Be notified when wallet funds are used or a balance is running low
    • Note: Only Admins receive wallet funding and balance alerts
  • Voucher Usage
    • Receive emails when a voucher is redeemed or running low on balance
  • Team Member Actions
    • Get notified when new users are added to your account or accept an invite
  • System Announcements
    • Be first to know about platform updates, new features, and service alerts

โœจ Tips & Best Practices

  • Adjust your settings based on your roleโ€”for example, finance admins may want wallet alerts, while shop managers may prefer order notifications.
  • Donโ€™t want real-time emails? You can disable specific alerts and simply check the activity feed in your dashboard.
  • If you're not seeing expected emails, check your spam or promotions folder and whitelist @corporatemerch.com.
