Order Statuses and Their Meanings:
Insufficient Credits
What It Means: Your order has been successfully received, but there is not enough funds in your wallet to process the order.
What to Do: Add more funds to your wallet and the order will be automatically processed.
Art Hold
What It Means: Your order has been successfully received, but our art team is taking a 2nd look at the artwork to ensure it is perfect.
What to Do: There is nothing to do in this situation. If our art team needs to make adjustments to the artwork they will contact you via email.
Placed
What It Means: Your order has been successfully processed and it is in production.
What to Do: Wait for your order to finish production and shipped. Youโll receive an update once itโs on its way.
Shipped
What It Means: Your order has been shipped and is on its way to you.
What to Do: You can track your shipment using the tracking information provided in your account or email notification.
In Transit
What It Means: Your order has successfully been scanned by the carrier and tracking will show movement of the package.
What to Do: Check the items in your order to ensure everything is correct and in good condition. If thereโs an issue, please contact our support team.
Cancelled
What It Means: Your order has been cancelled. We will refund the money back to your payment method.
What to Do: There is nothing needed to be done.
Refunded
What It Means: Your order has been refunded. This either happens if the package was lost in transit or the produced items did not meet expectations
What to Do: Check your payment method to ensure that the order total was returned back to you.
