Reporting a lost shipment or unsatisfactory items

What to Do If Your Shipment is Lost or Items Are Unsatisfactory:

Contact Us Immediately:

If your shipment is lost or if the items you received are unsatisfactory, please reach out to us as soon as possible.

Send an email to orders@corporatemerch.com with the order number in the subject line for easy reference.

Provide Relevant Details:

In your email, please include your order number, a brief description of the issue, and any relevant details, such as tracking information (if available), photos of the unsatisfactory items, or any other helpful information.

What We Will Do:

Once we receive your email, our team will investigate the issue and do everything we can to make it right. Whether it's reshipping the items, issuing a refund, or offering a replacement, we will work to ensure you are satisfied.
