How to Cancel Your Order:
Check Order Status:
Log in to your account and go to the “Orders” section.
Find the order you wish to cancel and check its status.
Request a Cancellation:
If the order has not yet entered production, click the “Cancel Order” button.
If you do not see this option, contact our support team immediately for assistance.
Refund Process:
If your order is successfully canceled, your payment will be refunded.
Refunds will be issued back to the original payment method:
If paid by credit card, the refund will be processed back to the same card.
If paid using a wallet, the funds will be credited back to your wallet balance.
Things to Note:
Orders that have already entered production cannot be canceled.
Refund processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.
