How to Connect Corporate Merch in Claude Desktop

You can connect your Corporate Merch account directly to Claude Desktop, letting you browse the catalog, get quotes, and place orders right from a conversation. Here's how to set it up.

Steps

  1. Open Claude Desktop and go to Customize.
  1. Find Corporate Merch in the list of connectors and select it.
  1. Click Connect, then sign in with your Corporate Merch account credentials when prompted.

That's it. Once connected, Corporate Merch is available in your conversations — you don't need to reconnect each time you open the app.

Using it

Once connected, just ask Claude naturally:

  • "Show me YETI tumblers we can brand"
  • "What would 200 embroidered polos cost, shipped to our Westbury office?"
  • "What's the status of my last order?"

Claude will pull live catalog data, quotes, and order info from your account as part of the conversation.

Troubleshooting

  • Don't see Corporate Merch in the list? Make sure you're searching in the connectors list under Customize — if it's still not showing up, your Claude plan or organization settings may restrict which connectors are available.
  • Sign-in doesn't complete? Double check you're using the same email your Corporate Merch account is registered under.
  • Connected, but Claude says it can't find the tool? Try disconnecting and reconnecting the connector from the same Customize screen.
