Blank products are undecorated items from the Corporate Merch catalog. Once they’re in your store, your customers can add their own logo or artwork using the design tool on the product page, and Corporate Merch produces and ships each order as designed.
Blank products sync the same way as your customized products.
Step 1: Sync blank products into the app
- In your Shopify admin, open Corporate Merch under Apps, then go to Blank Products.
- Click Sync Blank Products in the top right.

The app imports blank products from Corporate Merch in the background. Larger catalogs can take a few minutes, and you can leave the page while the sync runs.
Step 2: Review your products
When the sync finishes, your blank products appear in the list with their quantity and status. Use the search bar to find products by title or SKU, or use the tabs to filter by All Products, Pushed to Shopify, or Not Pushed.
Click Details on any product to see its sizes and inventory before adding it to your store.

Step 3: Push products to Shopify
To push a single product, click Sync to Shopify on its row.
To push several at once, check the boxes next to the products you want (or the box in the header to select all), then click Sync to Shopify.
Pushed products are created in Shopify in Draft status, so they won’t be visible to customers yet.
Step 4: Set up bulk pricing (optional)
Click Bulk Pricing on a product’s row to pass quantity discounts on to your customers. Check Enable bulk pricing for this product, enter Your sell price for each quantity break, and click Save merchant prices. Set your sell prices above Corporate cost to earn a margin. Your first quantity break becomes the product’s regular price in Shopify.
For full details, see How to Sync Your Products into Shopify.
Step 5: Edit and publish
You can edit any product details in Shopify, such as the title, description, images, and tags, except the Vendor and SKU fields. These link the product to Corporate Merch for fulfillment, so changing them may prevent orders from being produced and shipped. If bulk pricing is enabled, manage pricing from the Bulk Pricing window rather than in Shopify.
When a product is ready, click Set Active on its row to publish it to your store.
Step 6: Let customers design your blank products
To let customers design a blank product, add the Customize button widget to your product page in the Shopify theme editor. Customers click it to open the design tool, add their artwork, and place it on the product. Their design is saved with the order and sent to Corporate Merch for production.
Keeping products up to date
Click Sync Product on a product’s row to pull the latest data from Corporate Merch. For products already in your store, click Update Product to send that data to Shopify.
Hiding or deleting products
To hide a product from customers, click Set Draft on its row. Clicking Delete removes the product from the app and from your Shopify store. You’ll be asked to confirm before anything is deleted.
